3. What's Public vs. Private
Your public card (stats, bio, film links, agent contact if you choose to display it) is visible to anyone with your card link. Your account login and any contact information not chosen for display remain private.

We use third-party providers to operate ADXH, including hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your public card may be deactivated or removed.

You can update your card information anytime through your account, or request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us at hello@adxh.me.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for athletes who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
