Is my child's personal information safe on ADXH?
Yes — by design. An ADXH card only ever shows what's meant to be public: stats, position, film, and school/team. It never publishes your athlete's home address, phone number, or email publicly. Contact happens through the channels you and your athlete choose to list, not through anything ADXH exposes on its own.
Do I need to manage this myself, or can my athlete handle it?
Athletes run their own card day-to-day — updating stats, swapping film, refreshing their photo. That's the point: it stays current because they keep it current, not because you're doing data entry for them. You stay in the loop on billing and can always see exactly what's live at their public link.
How much does this actually cost, and are there hidden fees?
One flat one-time setup fee, then a plan starting under $5/month — the price is on the page, in full, before you ever enter payment info. No recurring "upgrade to actually get seen" upsells like a lot of athlete platforms run. The first 1,000 athletes also get 2 months with no monthly charge at all.
Is this just another platform that doesn't really work?
ADXH isn't a promise that someone will magically appear — it's the tool that makes your athlete easy to say yes to when someone's already looking. It's also not just a link you're on your own to share: ADXH puts athlete cards directly in front of its own growing Coach & Sports Professional Network, so the reach isn't limited to whoever you personally text or email. It's built by CLTR Sports Group, which already runs live showcases and a pro summer league in Las Vegas, so this comes out of running real events for real athletes, not a generic template.
What happens if we stop paying — does our athlete lose everything?
Your athlete's data isn't held hostage. If billing lapses, the public card pauses rather than staying live, and picking a plan back up brings it right back — nothing is deleted out from under you for missing a payment.

Do I actually control what's on my own card?
Completely. You log in and update your own stats, film, and links whenever you want — no coach, no admin, no one else has to touch it for a change to go live. It's your card, and it reflects you in real time.
How is this different from just posting a highlight reel?
A highlight video shows what you can do; it doesn't show your numbers, your position, or how to reach you — and it gets buried in a feed within a day. An ADXH card puts your stats, film, and contact info in one permanent link that doesn't scroll away and doesn't expire.
Can I update my stats myself, or do I have to wait on someone?
You update it yourself, instantly, anytime — mid-season, after a big game, whenever. There's no waiting on a coach to email a stat sheet to anyone three weeks late.
Will coaches and other sports professionals actually see this, or is it just another dead link?
Sharing the link yourself is only half of it. It's one link you can send directly — by text, email, or DM — straight to the person you want looking at it, not a profile buried in a database they'd have to search for. On top of that, ADXH shares athlete cards directly with its own growing Coach & Sports Professional Network — coaches, trainers, agents, and others — on a schedule tied to your plan, real reach beyond whoever you personally reach out to. That's exactly why keeping your stats current matters: a card that goes out with stale numbers works against you, not for you.
What if my stats change mid-season or I play more than one role?
You can refresh your numbers based on your plan's monthly refresh limit, and your card supports a second position and AAU/travel stats alongside your school stats — so a two-way player or someone who plays both circuits isn't forced to pick just one story to tell.

Why am I getting cards from ADXH I didn't personally ask for?
Members of the ADXH Coach & Sports Professional Network receive athlete cards directly from us as part of who we work with — it's not random outreach. Instead of a player hoping the right person happens to find their link, ADXH sends it to a network built for exactly that.
Why should I trust the stats on an ADXH card?
Stats are self-reported by the athlete, the same way a stat sheet they'd hand you is. ADXH isn't a scouting service and doesn't grade or rank players — we do a basic check that a card's numbers are internally consistent before it goes out through the network, but reading the film and making the call on a player is always on you.
Can I control which cards I get sent?
Yes. When you join the
ADXH Coach & Sports Professional Network, you tell us your role and what you're actually looking for — sport, level, position, class year, region, whatever matters to you — and we only send cards that fit. Your preferences aren't locked in forever either; resubmit that form anytime your needs change.
How fast can I actually look over a player from this?
One link, one screen: position, key stats, highlight film, and how to reach them, all in one flip of the card. It's built to be read in under a minute, not dug out of a PDF or a social profile.
Can I see a full roster, not just one athlete at a time?
Yes — a coach, team, or club can share one team link that shows every athlete on that roster who has a live card, swipeable one after another, instead of you collecting individual links one player at a time.
Is this trying to replace film study, or just organize it?
Organize it. ADXH gets you to the right athlete's stats and highlight film fast so your actual time goes into watching film and making calls — not into chasing down which group chat or email thread has the current numbers.
