Welcome to ADXH (Athlete Data Exchange Hub), operated by The CLTR Enterprises LLC ("ADXH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using adxh.me (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What ADXH Does
ADXH provides digital athlete profile cards — hosted web pages displaying an athlete's stats, biographical information, highlight film, and contact details, along with tools for athletes to update their own card content.
2. Accounts and Access
Some features of the Service require a private account tied to your athlete profile. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ADXH is not responsible for unauthorized changes made if you share or lose control of your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Fees
ADXH offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) with differing monthly rates, update allowances, and content limits, plus a one-time setup fee. Current pricing is listed at the time of signup. We reserve the right to change pricing for new signups at any time.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the personal information, statistics, film links, and other content you submit to your ADXH card ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant ADXH a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent that Your Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
5. Acceptable Use
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your card
- Use another athlete's identity or information without authorization
- Attempt to access another athlete's account without permission
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute ADXH's card designs, templates, or underlying system
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or misrepresent any person
- Attempt to circumvent subscription tier limits through technical means
6. Intellectual Property
The ADXH name, logo, card designs, templates, and underlying software are the property of The CLTR Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CLTR Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
